Walking Rebel on Wednesday, it was visually, so clear and crisp outside. Rebel was trotting to the left of my wheelchair when I noticed a beautiful dragonfly pass us on the right, then slow down and stayed alongside us for several minutes. It was SO strange feeling - like time was suspended and the three of us were moving in unison, slow motion, inseperable energies encased in three different body forms. An "all time" experience of just "being". Time stood still, sounds faded into the background. Perhaps this is what it feels like to be totally present...

The master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his information and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence at whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he's always doing both. - James A. Michener
